HANG SENG INDEX

It is now at the tailend of subwave 3 and is about to  unfolding the minor uptrending subwave 4(at tp 22365.90) of the major corrective wave 4. Estimated of the final subwave 5 is at around... 21671.50

HSI-C54....It is now at the bottom at 0.225....getting ready to move up ...
                  Expiry date is on 26/1/17.

HSI-C60.....It is also at the bottom at 0.23.....getting ready to move up.....with the expected index moving up soon.
                   Expiry date is on 27/2/17.

HSI-H57.....is now hitting at the resistance level.The trend is losing momentum with lesser volume traded..
                   It is going to expires on 29/12/16.

HSI-H61.....is also losing momentum with lesser volume traded.It had gapped up  to sell down and now is in the final stages of distribution.
                   Expiry date is on 26/1/17.

HSI-H63....is on a bullish run hitting resistance level 1 but with much lesser volume. Will it have the power to hit resistance level 2 ??
                  Expiry date is on 26/1/17.

Waves 1,2,3 are completed.

The long corrective wave 4 is about to end.....and the next impulsive wave 5 will take over anytime from now.

Wave 4 should not cross below 21635.30....which is very critical as stated by the EW rules and guidelines.

The stock recent run up is the impulsive W3...reaching the high at 3.38

It is now in a corrections mode ( pullback )

This pullback ( W4 )....will take it to the area 2.49 where the support will come in

The W4 is expected to be range trending ( that is side trending )

Once W4 is completed.....the last impulsive W5 will take over to make a new high ( above 3.38 )
