Hang Seng Index ( Hsi ) -----Last wave count

HSI

It is now in the final last leg of the subwave 5....expecting to be completed today or tomorrow.

Expected to hit 20965 intraday before the trend reversal take place.

It should not breach 21041....otherwise a recount is required as stated in the EW rules.

Morning sold all hq at 0.585 for a big fat cny ang pow of 73.59%.(details at my blog )..now using d winnings( profits ) to whack d dealer....loading up more containers for d 2nd round.Hang Seng index is expected to buggy jump to a new low......Huat Arrrrrrrr !!!!!!!!!

Both the Futures and Index are showing identical wave patterns...

Both are in a down trending channel

Am expecting both to continue its south bound journey.

Both are unfolding the last downtrending impulsive wave 5

HSI ----( Looking from a technical perspective )

The down trend is progressing as expected with another gap down( 150 points ) upon market opening

Am expecting today the down trend to break support 19800 (S1 )...and ready to close the window ( GAP ) at 19400 (S2 ) by Friday or early next Monday.

Once the window (gap ) is closed...it will be marching towards 18000....my 1st tp.

To be continue... as the impulsive down trending wave unfolds its destructive power.

The corrective wave 4 is completed and done yesterday.

Today the opening gap down and the beginning of trend reversal is confirmed with the bearish candlesticks formation.

The expected subwave 3 of major wave 5 will be below  the corrective wave b...

1st tp at 18000....and the following waves as it unfold will be make known later

Will it happens???  before HQ expires on 31/3 ( last day trading on 25/3 )

I do believes it will happen with high probability.

What would be the value of HQ at 18000:

eg:..

18600-18000 = 600 divide by 900 =0.666 convert to rm(x 0.5420) = 0.36
